Approach to Mediation
At the law office of John C. Valliere, I recommend mediation as a valuable option to resolve a divorce. When children are involved, a peaceful and open-minded approach benefits everyone – especially children.
It is important to protect your assets and your legal interests. A parent’s primary goal, however, should be to develop child support, child custody or visitation options that put the child first. Mediation often facilitates a better post-marital relationship between the couple getting the divorce. When both parties come to a mutual agreement, everyone benefits.
