At the law firm of John C. Valliere, Attorney At Law, in Waterford, Connecticut, I have represented clients from cities in New London County, Windham County, and the surrounding areas. In addition, I have handled family law cases with clients who are out of state.
My goal is to come to an appropriate resolution through mediation, with both parties agreeing to the terms of a divorce. Divorce court can be unpredictable. The solutions handed down by a judge often do not work as well as those the parties agree to themselves. However, if a full trial in divorce court is the best way to obtain an acceptable solution, I can represent you and your best interests in court.

My background includes a tenure with the Family Court in the Superior Court of New Haven, Connecticut as a Sappern Fellow. I am a Certified Mediator with the University of Connecticut Labor Education Center and the Quinnipiac Center on Dispute Resolution. My specific areas of practice include:
