Alternative Dispute Resolution Options

As a certified mediator, I have a background working with both sides of a divorce as a neutral third party. I help couples address important issues that will affect their divorce. In a private setting, we discuss how they can resolve child custody, property division and other complicated issues that stem from their divorce.

I also can work with clients in collaborative divorce. Through a series of meetings, I represent my client and meet with the other party, who is also represented by a lawyer. As a group, we meet to discuss contested issues that need to be resolved.
